Ready to deepen your leadership expertise and broaden your impact in education? East Stroudsburg University’s Educational Leadership and Administration, Ed.D. is designed for current and aspiring K–16 educational leaders who want to strengthen their leadership practice, address complex challenges, and create meaningful change in their organizations and communities.
Designed with working professionals in mind, the program combines doctoral-level theory, research, and practical application. Through an executive cohort model, you’ll learn alongside experienced professionals while applying what you learn to real-world challenges in educational leadership.
Classes meet on Fridays and Saturdays five times each semester, allowing you to pursue doctoral study while continuing your professional career. Eligible candidates may also pursue Pennsylvania Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility or principal certification, provided applicable state and program requirements are met.
The next doctoral cohort begins in Fall 2027.
