    About the D.H.Sc. Program

    The D.H.Sc. is a post-professional doctoral degree designed for healthcare professionals seeking to advance their careers in areas such as higher education, clinical research and applied health administration. 

    After completing a common core focused on communication, leadership theory, ethics, and advanced research methods, students select one of two concentrations:

    • Health Management and Administration — Focuses on health policy, management, and healthcare financing.
    • Advanced Research Administration — Focuses on grantsmanship, professional writing, and contemporary technology.
